The paper discusses a theoretical model for the kinetics of process lipid peroxidation, which takes into account effect synergy vitamins E and C. Approximations are analyzed that make it possible to simplify system, taking peculiarities peroxidation. resulting is minimal adequately describes peroxidation at stages significant effective control this as whole.
